1. Standard Merchandise Returns

Eligible non-promotional merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
In original packaging (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Giveaway entry products
Bonus entry bundles
Limited edition promotional items
Customized or personalized items
Digital products (if offered)
Gift cards (if offered)

3. Promotional Products & Giveaway Merchandise

Products associated with promotional giveaway entries are considered final sale.

Because promotional entries may be calculated, assigned, or recorded after purchase, these products are not eligible for:

Returns
Refunds
Cancellations
Exchanges for buyer’s remorse

All promotional product sales are final once promotional entries have been issued.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

Standard merchandise orders may be eligible for cancellation only before production or fulfillment begins.

Promotional products, giveaway bundles, and bonus entry products cannot be canceled once entries are processed.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other shipping delays outside of our control.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first regarding any order issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks involving delivered merchandise or promotional entry products may result in:

Disqualification from promotions
Cancellation of entries
Suspension from future purchases
Legal collection efforts when applicable
