These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants in the Ultimate Breed Bullies XL Puppy Giveaway. By participating or purchasing promotional products connected to the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. This promotion is void in the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited by law.
1. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM CDT and ends on July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT. The winner drawing will take place on July 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM CDT. Entries received after July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT will not be eligible.
2. Agreement to Terms
By entering the Sweepstakes by any method, you confirm that:
- You have read and agree to these Terms;
- You meet all eligibility requirements, including age (18+), U.S. residency, and all applicable local law requirements;
- All information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete.
3. Entry Rules and Conduct
- There are two methods of entry: (1) free mail-in and (2) purchase of eligible promotional products. There is no free online entry method.
- Entries must be submitted by the Participant themselves. Entries submitted by automated means are void.
- Mail-In Entry: One (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Only one (1) entry card per envelope. Multiple entry cards in a single envelope will be disqualified entirely. Each qualifying mail-in entry receives 3,000 entries. Must be postmarked by July 1, 2026 and received by July 6, 2026.
- $200 Bonus Entry Threshold: Any single order totaling $200.00 or more will automatically receive an additional 2,000 bonus entries on top of all product-based entries earned from that order. This bonus applies once per qualifying order.
- There is no limit on the number of purchase-based entries a Participant may accumulate. However, no purchase improves odds beyond the equivalent number of mail-in entries.
- FTC Social Media Disclosure: All social media posts promoting this sweepstakes must include #Sweepstakes or #Giveaway and "No Purchase Necessary" language per FTC guidelines.
4. No Refunds on Promotional Products
- All purchases of promotional products are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for any promotional product purchase, regardless of circumstances.
- Any participant who initiates a payment dispute or chargeback will be immediately and permanently disqualified from this and all future Ultimate Breed Holdings, LLC promotions, all entries will be void, and the matter may be referred for legal collection. The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies including recovery of the full purchase amount, chargeback fees, and attorney's fees.
5. Winner Selection
On July 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM CDT, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 72 hours and satisfy all verification requirements.
6. Disqualification
A Participant may be disqualified for any of the following:
- Submitting false, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
- Violating these Terms;
- Initiating a chargeback on any promotional product purchase;
- Failing to meet eligibility requirements;
- Failing to pass the animal ownership eligibility screening;
- Residing in a jurisdiction where ownership of the prize animal is prohibited;
- Failing to respond to winner notification within 72 hours;
- Failing to accept delivery of the prize within 30 days of winner verification.
7. Prize Disclaimer
The Prize is one (1) XL American Bully male puppy, chocolate tri-merle, ARV $4,999. The winner acknowledges that:
- All costs of care, ownership, and applicable local licensing following delivery are the winner's sole responsibility;
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash equivalent;
- Breed-Specific Legislation: By accepting the prize, winner confirms they have verified that ownership of an American Bully XL is permitted at their residence under all applicable local laws. Sponsor is not responsible for local breed restrictions;
- Delivery: Winner receives home delivery at no cost within the contiguous United States. Delivery arranged within 30 days of winner verification.
8. Tax Obligations
Winner will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the prize ARV of $4,999. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Nothing in these Terms constitutes tax advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or ownership of the prize animal following delivery.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.
11. Void Where Prohibited
This promotion is void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
