What Is This Giveaway?
The Ultimate Breed Bullies XL Puppy Giveaway is a sweepstakes sponsored by Ultimate Breed Holdings, LLC d/b/a Ultimate Breed Bullies, based in Austin, Texas. One randomly selected winner will receive one (1) XL American Bully male puppy (chocolate tri-merle) with an approximate retail value of $4,999.
Giveaway Dates
- Start: June 1, 2026
- End: July 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT
- Drawing: July 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM CDT
No entries will be accepted after the end date and time.
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter.
Method 1 — Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter for free, handwrite the following on a plain 3x5 card:
- Your full name
- Your mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The words: "Ultimate Breed Bullies XL Puppy Giveaway Entry"

Entries: Each qualifying mail-in receives 3,000 entries.
Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Only one entry card per envelope.
Deadline: Must be postmarked by July 1, 2026 and received by July 6, 2026.
Method 2 — Purchase (Bonus Entries)
Purchase any eligible promotional product on ultimatebreedbullies.com during the giveaway period. The number of bonus entries per product is listed on each product page. There is no limit on the number of purchases you can make, but purchasing does not improve your odds of winning relative to the same number of mail-in entries.
$200 Bonus: Any single order totaling $200 or more automatically earns an additional 2,000 bonus entries on top of all product entries from that order.
Important: All promotional product purchases are FINAL SALE. Once your entries are issued, the purchase cannot be refunded, returned, or cancelled. Any participant who initiates a payment dispute or chargeback will be immediately and permanently disqualified from this and all future Ultimate Breed Holdings, LLC promotions, all entries will be void, and the matter may be referred for legal collection.
Social Media: If you share or post about this giveaway as part of an entry requirement, your post must include #Sweepstakes or #Giveaway and the phrase "No Purchase Necessary" per FTC guidelines.
Who Can Enter
Open to legal US residents 18 or older. Employees and immediate family members of Ultimate Breed Holdings, LLC are not eligible.
The Prize
One (1) XL American Bully male puppy, chocolate tri-merle in color.
Approximate Retail Value: $4,999.00
Prize includes home delivery directly to your door — no pickup required. Sponsor covers all delivery costs to your verified residential address within the contiguous United States. Delivery will be arranged within 30 days of winner verification.
No cash alternative is available. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all costs and care of the puppy after delivery, as well as any applicable taxes on the prize value.
By accepting the prize, winner confirms they have verified that ownership of an American Bully XL is permitted at their residence under all applicable local laws. Sponsor is not responsible for local breed restrictions.
How the Winner Is Picked
On July 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM CDT, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the drawing.
The winner must respond within 72 hours, confirm eligibility, pass an animal ownership eligibility review, and provide a valid delivery address. Failure to respond or satisfy requirements may result in an alternate winner being selected.
Taxes
Winner will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the prize ARV of $4,999. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor's tax obligations are limited to issuing the required 1099-MISC form.
